How do you remove Trojan-Spy.Win32@mx?

after researching this some, it appear that most antispyware and antivirus software cannot delete this, and the ones that can are costly. Is there a free method this can be done? (preferably not manual deletion, but i would like to know that way too.)

Download them and check for updates then run in Safe Mode. To get into Safe Mode, reboot and then either hold down or tap the F8 key repeatedly while the computer is starting up.

If you cannot get it removed after the above, you may want to join a tech group that specializes in providing manual instructions on malware eradication.
