Help, I have a Trojan on my computer, and I can't get it off!?

Yesterday, I asked a question about getting viruses off my computer because my brother did something. Some nice people gave me links to free anti virus software. I picked one that I thought that would have the most use to me, because I never knew which anti virus programs were good... I picked this one http://www.ewido.net/en/ It took away all my viruses except Trojans. This is what I'm using right now also. So, can someone help give me another link or something better to work with to get these stupid viruses off my coolio computer?

i would either use the Windows Live Safety Scan

Either should be able to get the trojans off, but I would try the 1st one first.
